Shironuri translates to (“painted white.”) Shironuri has historical roots in traditional Japanese kabuki theater and geisha makeup. This is a style, that can also fit into many other styles in Japanese street fashions. Mostly you will see this style being used with Lolita, Mori kei, Visual kei, and even Harajuku, as well as it's own substyles.
