Visual Kei is probably one of the OLDEST  street fashions. Visual kei is a style that was created in the mid-1980s by Japanese musicians, consisting of striking makeup, unusual hair styles and flamboyant costumes, similar to Western glam rock and glam metal. Androgyny is also a popular aspect of the style. The style was heavily influenced by the Western reigions, Western glam rock has been around since the 70's, with famous bands like K.I.S.S, Black Sabbath, Mötley Crüe, David Bowie, Boy George and so much more!
